Legislators for Nuclear exists to create a broad, cross-party network of legislators to advance policy and legislation for civil nuclear power, both in the UK and internationally.

Why Nuclear Power?

While there are many genuine concerns about nuclear power, often these are exaggerated, while its benefits are ignored out of fear and a lack of knowledge. We hope to change this by engaging with legislators to increase engagement with Nuclear power to avoid climate disasters.

Why Legislators?

We believe that properly implementing New Nuclear in the time we have before long-term environmental damage becomes totally inescapable requires significant changes in regulations and a major investment of resources.

As such this is a matter of such scale that requires the powers of government to enact.

Are you a charity?

Legislators for Nuclear is not a registered charity it is an association of those with an interest in Nuclear power and changing the makeup of Britain’s power generation to be greener.
